This is to introduce Mr. Arthur Morse,
the Treasurer of the Hong Kong University in his spare
time, at other times the Chief Accountant of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.
Mr. Morse is very fully informed upon
the financial problems which beset the University and
has a firm grip of the administrative and ideological
difficulties which are related thereto. It will be of
great service to us if you can spare him time for an
interview.
